Yup, it was my birthday yesterday 4/5, 32nd to be exact. I had asked Vivian, Nancy and the rest of my closest friends to skip any celebration they had in mind for me. After 31 birthdays, I just don’t see why birthdays are anything worthy of a celebration, it has slowly become a day to be dread about instead. 
Nah, I am half joking, no one likes to see wrinkles creep up on their face, but getting old is not entirely bad. The experience and wisdom (humm… I hope I am gaining wisdom) only comes with age, and personal and professional advancement require time as well. I am definitely enjoying the ride so far, looking forward to every new day.
It is very touching to see all the birthday greetings I received from friends today, I feel lucky and blessed. Thank you guys for thinking of me and taking the time to wish me a happy birthday, that’s the best part of any birthday…
